As all my designs are downloaded upon purchase; no returns or refunds are allowed.

If you have an issue with your embroidery, keep in mind all files have been test stitched with different machines & fabric; it is up to you to properly hoop, stabilize & choose the right material.

For designs that are special ordered (personalized, etc), proofs in the form of screenshots of the digitized file, are approved prior to purchase & purchase of the custom order represents buyer agrees to look & therefore cannot return the design.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
